The easiest (and most reliable) way would be to use "BANEXT exe" in Declude
Virus.
I'm not sure about IMail's filtering and the best way to handle finding
attachments while minimizing false positives. However, if you search the
archives of the IMail Forum, there have been a number of posts about it
(including how to detect uuencoded files).
