Ok, I must be going nuts here. My postmaster account which forwards to myself is getting massive amounts of email like this:
>From [EMAIL PROTECTED] To [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject Delivery notification Your message (ID:) could not be delivered to the recipients below See the delivery status below for more information - [EMAIL PROTECTED] This message was sent successfully to at least one recipient. If there are failed recipients listed below, the message was NOT sent to those recipients, and will not be retried to those recipients - check their email addresses and resend the message. Here is an excert from the log file: 0020408 134521 127.0.0.1 SMTPD (03D90172) [207.69.200.148] EHLO granger.mail.mindspring.net 20020408 134521 127.0.0.1 SMTPD (03D90172) [207.69.200.148] MAIL FROM:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 20020408 134521 127.0.0.1 SMTPD (03D90172) [207.69.200.148] RCPT TO:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 20020408 134522 127.0.0.1 SMTPD (03D90172) [207.69.200.148] d:\IMAIL\spool\De541172.SMD 1888 So many that I blocked the IP address sending them: 207.69.200.148 Then it was sent from 207.69.200.48 (blocked that one) Then it was sent from 207.69.200.182 (blocked that one) It changed again again again. So i blocked 207.69.0.0 with netmask of 255.255.0.0 This seems to be controlling it for now. Have I created a loop of some sort? Misconfiguration?
