Ok, perhaps I am confused. I will rephrase. When a user sends an email message using
MS Word as their default email editor, the recipient gets a bunch of code in the
message instead of the text.

Is there any template or software as an add-on to IMAIL that will allow the user to
read messages composed with Word but not sent in plain text.

I can paste an example of what the user sees but it's really ugly.

Thanks,
Sharyn
