If it's web mail, probably not with the factory default templates,
different, nonstandard formatting may or may not be rendered appropriately.

If they are using a POP client, that would have to be done at the
user/recipient's end.  I would recommend they update their software and they
would probably receive the best results using Outlook or Outlook Express ver
6.x or higher.
