We have some clients behind in their bills.  We want to "pause" their email
the same way we "pause" their DNS / Web / FTP.  I don't see a way to do this
from the admin screen.  Am I missing something?  We don't want to delete the
accounts - just prevent them from hitting it.

Yes, I know cutting off DNS will do the trick most of the time.  But when they
connect via web mail and/or have entered the IP of our mail server in 
Outlook / Eudora,
they will still get in and be able to send.
