Now you have me laughing. I have done a few of these from time to time. Now, I
wonder what would happen (yes a dangerous thing to do) if money is the issue you
just create a vacation message asking for money to me sent to you. Ok, back to
work.

You've got me intrigued now.
For POP3:
  On each deadbeat domain's General tab, how about setting (see help
file):
    Default Max. Mailbox Size to 1 (instead of 0 or unlimited)
    Single Message Max. Size to 1 (instead of 0 or unlimited)
    Default Max. Messages to 1 (instead of 0 or unlimited)
For SMTP:
  On the Services/SMTP/SMTP Security tab (page 149 of v7 manual):
    Create a kill file with @deadbeat1.com, @deadbeat2.com, etc. in it
