That depends on what UDP ports your server may have open (and whether or
not the UDP packets would get blocked elsewhere, such as at a
firewall). Most Windows installations have a WINS/Netbios UDP port open
(137, 138, or 139 if I recall correctly) which can be dangerous if left
open. Other than that, usually the worst security problem with UDP ports
open would likely be trojan horses -- but those can only get on the server
after a serious security breach.
