Thanks for your reply. Entering blank lines directly in the <textarea> ...
</textarea> makes perfect sense. As regards reducing the inordinate amount
of preceding and trailing hyphens, thanks for confirming that it's not as
trivial as it seems. I thought I was missing something obvious but your
explanation makes plain the fact that it is too much work to fix a purely
cosmetic issue, client-side.

Note to Ipswitch: Unless it's just me -- or rather my users --, could you
kindly consider putting five hyphens before and after the "Original Message"
separator string in a future release, � la Outlook?
