Thanks! It didn't occur to me to just make each office a user then
forward mail to the person who needs it. Trying to see the Forest, but
the trees are in the way!!

Well,  yes, but not with Aliases alone. RTM on Info Manager...designed
to do exactly what you need, but uses real Users with mailboxes.
