Paul, take a look at AnswerTrack Server (http://AnswerTrack.com/) if you
want to take that to the next level. Auto-responses are just a small part
of what it does, but they can be customized for open/closed hours and
holidays. Works very well in a multi-office, multi-agent environment. And
integrates with IMail. Free Lite version is available for evaluation.
