That's because someone was sending bulk mail through your server, and
Declude Hijack caught it. You have Declude Hijack set to block E-mail if
more than 80 E-mails are sent within 30 minutes. Most likely, your user
was trying to send out too much mail. You might want to increase the limits.
Note that Declude Hijack renames the file because IMail will often
(especially during spam attacks) duplicate filenames if one is removed from
the spool.
