Hi All, I have a customer who is using Verizon dial-up for internet connection. I host there web site/email on my server.
They can receive there email fine, however, when they try to send email they get this error: " Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'sales', Server: 'mail.kruzin.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F " I have checked there account settings and they are using the SMTP authentication. They can send mail fine via there Verizon account, but not with our smtp server. I read the KN article on this and it was vague. Any suggestions?
