I have a client with heavy use of webmail (using KWM)and they are
having a serious issue with employees never cleaning up after
themselves with regard to sent & deleted messages. Which in turn is
causing the drive to fill up at an alarming rate.

Is there anything in Imail (by Ipswitch or even something that someone
has written) that allows for deletion messages in a given folder based
on date? Automatically or even something that could be ran each night
to do some cleanup. We are really only interested in the deleted and
sent folders.

I did find the option to delete based on date, but that appears to be
something that you have to actually do by hand, I would rather have a
hands off approach to it. Also it seems to do it across all folders
the user might have created.

So in summary, delete all mail in "deleted" that is over X days old,
while leaving inbox and others alone.

Thank you for your help.
