Oh no.. Sheldon you are somewhat correct. This radical movement on this subject is honestly bad for isp & asp folks. If a user or company looses income directly related to services purchased by you, the isp/asp, then you will be sued and held liable for damages. I hope that this 'idea' will never become law -- Government involvement in anything computer related is a very serious mistake -- I have the right and 1st hand knowledge to state this..
