You can safely delete the \IMail\spool\*.vir subdirectories, if they are
more than 2 hours old.

Those are the temporary directories that Declude Virus scans attachments
(and non-text MIME segments) in.
Normally, they are deleted as soon as Declude Virus is done scanning the
Email. However, if the files cannot be deleted (for example, if you were
running an on-access virus scanner at some point that locked the files),
they will get left behind. If the directory is more than 2 hours old, the
E-mail has already been delivered (or quarantined), so it is safe to delete
the directory.
