I have several users who are reporting white screens when they log into Webmail. I have logged in as them and verified. When I check their mail directory, the .mbx is there and has mail in it (text editor used). However, Imail can't read it. I have run chkdsk on the drive (RAID) Does anyone know of a way to correct this problem? Windows 2000 server Imail 7.07 HF1 KWM 2.0.9 SQL 7 for user database (2nd box) Thanks in advance Mark |
