Thanks for the reply Sandy. I forgot to add that I found the KB article
regarding those file extensions and what they do. However, the mail is still
inaccessible.

Also, I get a weird message when I try to 'POP' to it.

I was going to try rebooting the server to see if it clears some file locks?
Which is kind of a stretch because I can rename and delete those files at
will.
