We are having problems sending email to a client that is using M$ Proxy
Server (ISA) for screening email that is incoming to their Exchange
Server. All emails from us to them fail delivery. Here is a log entry
sample.

When speaking with the techs on their end, they said if they change the
Proxy Server NOOP setting to a higher value, they can then receive our
messages. Here is a sample log of that.

Does anyone have any idea what is happening here and why? They claim
that my Imail server is sending the NOOP command and that the have the
length of the command set to 6. If they change it to 1024, they can
receive my emails. The also claim that they are not rejecting emails
from any other domains but I doubt if they know this for sure since they
didn't even have logging turned on before I reported a problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hank
