Anyone else have issues with receivng messages with attachments (i.e.: jpeg's) from MAC users? We have always received them fine - with a twist - that is we receive 2 files with same name attached - one is actual graphic file (i.e. 50K), other seems to be a data file (i.e. 2K) - never have a problem opening the graphic file...
the only reason i'm asking is we have a new MAC customer (only have about 30 total MAC customers as opposed to over a thousand PC users) and this one customer is simply bewildered at this as he has never experienced it before... Any thoughts? I'm loking thru SMTP/POP settings and do not see anything at all....
