There are two ways that you can have Norton's on-access scanner running
with Declude.
The recommended way is to have Norton set up to ignore the temporary files
that Declude creates (or the entire \IMail directory structure, so that
.mbx files aren't scanned either).
The other way is to have Norton scan everything. The disadvantages to this
are that it uses up some extra CPU time, and the virus name won't be known
(so you can't have the name of the virus in the E-mail notifications).
