These are the only 5 lines from the log files that indicate anything 
useful. The rest were just stray lines that by themselves don't have a 
bearing to this problem.

So what you have is 5 IPs that are down or unreachable.  They look to be 
mostly Hotmail IPs, it is probably an issue on their end.

If it is happening for quite a few other domains, there could be an issue 
(IE a routing problem).  But if it is mostly Hotmail, I wouldn't worry.
