We use IMGate and our competitor uses Postini. I hear from our competitors users that our users have far less spam and fewer problems. It seems the ability for users to configure things allows for more user error and more support calls. I am about to ad Declude Junkmail to our Declude Virus as a second line of spam defense. The few people on this list that have this setup love it. IMGate saves a LOT of wear and tear on the Imail server! As always, YMMV...
