Len,  I've  seen you refer to this. I am uncertain which tool you
mean?  I  have  Declude  and  it has Que built-in, but is there a
separate tool? We still have the terrible problem that if we send
list  mail,  it  is  fine  as  long as it is mail destined to the
'outside'  addresses  but  if  we  try  a  list to 'inside' email
addresses on the same server it can take forever to never. (10-90
hrs  or  more typically) We have been unable to find out why this
is  happening  here. We went briefly back to SMTP32.EXE and found
it still happens, so we have ruled out Declude as potentially the
problem.  You  would  think such local mail would be delivered el
pronto, but this is not the case with local list mail at all.

Maybe I could try this tool if I knew which it is..
