Well in addition to being an Imail users forum it is obvious that this has turned into an advertising forum for Declude and F-prot.

There was one virus (can't remember which one now) for MONTHS that passed through that scanner and Symantec chose not to do anything about it. Their response to tech support was that the emails with the virus were not formatted properly and therefore were not caught... No solutions as to how to cure the problem that the virus still passed through. We switched to declude and immediately caught those viruses plus others. There is no amount of money that would cause me to change back to Norton's product.. no way.. no how.. Satisfied declude customer..
