Nice try... nav gateway is really a second rate application compared to declude.. (I currently run nav gateway, declude and imail on the same server by the way - the only thing I will allow Nav to do any more is smtp on a port other than port 25 for a few users who have isp's that block port 25) NAV is much more buggy, tends to cause more server errors and misses way more viruses than declude. Add to that the total lack of responsive support from Symantec and you can tell why everybody so readily endorses Declude.
Believe me if declude caused problems or didn't work I would dump on it in a heartbeat but it is extremely stable and as up to date as your virus definitions.
