The key factors are the number of E-mails sent/received per day, and the
web messaging load. Unless a large percentage of your users primarily use
web messaging, you should be fine moving up to 3,300 or so users. For a
typical server with that number of users, there should be no problem
(except perhaps if web messaging is heavily used).
