I found the trick to doing this, but it is a pain. First you make the list open ... then you have to make a poster list match everyone in your normal subscription base ... so they are now listed in both users.lst and posters.lst Then add the additional email addresses that want to be post only to the posters.lst A pain to maintain, but it works.
