For some reason your users.lst file can not be read, found, or accessed
which "may" be caused from an other flaws such as invalid program alias,
path to the file contains a space, bad or missing registry entry.
Other things to check for:
1) If you have a list named testlist for example, there should also be a
"program alias" named testlist that
resolves to: imailsrv yourdomain.com testlist. Also you should have
a "program alias" name
imailsrv that resolves to: yourdomain.com
2) You do NOT have IMail installed in a directory that has a "space" in
the path name.
