Here's what to try: 1) Make sure that the web templates have been overwritten. You may need to run thru the install again. 2) If the current templates are installed, open the Admin Console and navigate to your domain. Click on the Web Messaging Content tab and click Get Default. I had to do this because I had moved the original web templates to a new location so when I ran the 7.1 upgrade it installed the new templates to the default location, \\Imail\. Try this. I also converted accounts to the new format. Now users can not delete emails, they get "failed invalid action" if attempting to delete while viewing the email. If they attempt to delete while looking at all email messages by checking the check box to the left of the email, nothing happens. If they try to reply or forward a message, they get "failed invalid action". If they send an email, the email is sent and although the subject line is included, no message text arrives. There also seems to be a problem with changing the user's password. Any suggestions?
