I was wondering if anyone has any bright ideas on a problem we have. We are sending and receiving email perfectly apart from one ISP which we can not send email to. Looking in the logs gives me no clues to why,
20020614 083648 127.0.0.1 SMTP (1856) processing w:\IMail\spool\Q9d0f012a008888ba.SMD 20020614 083816 127.0.0.1 SMTP (1856) requeuing w:\IMail\spool\Q9d0f012a008888ba.SMD R0 T1 20020614 083816 127.0.0.1 SMTP (1856) finished w:\IMail\spool\Q9d0f012a008888ba.SMD status=3 Consistently any email destined for this ISP (Freeserve UK) on any of their domains is not being sent. It just looks like it times out. Looking through the logs this has been happening a couple of days. Imail has been bouncing some email after the retry count has been reaches, so all the email in the queue is been sent recently. Also all other email is going through, so I don't think it is a blocked queue. I'm stumped, I've stopped and started the SMTP process and restarted the box, neither of which has made any difference. Yours, hoping for insperation. Thanks, Glenn Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
