We are having problems setting up "remove an unknown user" alias
functionality in an Imail listserve. I am trying to forward the
bounceback messages that list the bad email address(es) but it is
doing nothing with the new alias I set up. Seems like this wouldn't
work anyway the way your documentation says it should -- since it is a
bad address, the bounceback/failure message will be coming from
something like "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and not the bad address
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]". Am I missing something here? I have verified
everything I can think of but it is not working. This is a key
function to clean out bounce back/bad email addresses that come back
when our customers send out to a large list of people -- they need
simple bad address managment tools and I thought this was the tool for
this use.

Below is a sample of a recent test that I sent to my alias
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" that was tied to the Program:
"imailsrv -ruhost
netcorps.org listtest". Any help would be appreciated -- we have a
customer
standing by for this functionality.

Thanks in Advance
