Here is the first problem: One of their two primary MX records point to an
IP that isn't accepting connections. That's a problem on their end that
needs to be fixed (although it may not account for mail not reaching them).

Here's the second problem, and a problem on their end. They have a really,
really poor firewall set up that technically violates the RFCs. Rather
than a line of code that will allow just the result code ("220" in this
case) to be returned and have the rest blocked, they have it set up to
allow any of a group of numbers through, which reduces the security that
they were trying to improve.
And although that's a problem on their end, it doesn't explain why mail
isn't getting to them.

This is normal; it just means that they are running an older mailserver
that doesn't accept the EHLO command, and requires the simpler HELO command
instead. Or it may be their poor firewall that is doing this.

And here is the last line you sent us -- this is your mailserver sending
the HELO command (exactly what IMail should be doing).
However, you haven't sent the rest of the information on this transaction,
where the problem occurs. We need to see the rest of the lines in this log
file, that have "SMTP-(00000590)" in them. They contain the key in solving
this problem.
So far, we know there are a lot of problems on the remote end, but no "deal
breakers" -- nothing that would explain why the E-mail didn't get
delivered. For that, we need to see the rest of the log file entries.
