Ben, You could add a Class A 8 Bit Mask block into the Access Control/Security Control Access list.
If you enter 64.32.0.0 with a subnet of 255.255.0.0 this would block out A LOT of IP addresses (65,534 of 'em). Chapter 9, Setting SMTP Security Options, of the IMail Manual explains how to set this and it's options.
