One way is to define them as virtual hosts on your machine <G>.  Make sure
you are really sure you want to blacklist these domains though before you do
this.   The only one I did this for was home.com (which I see has been
purchased by the Japanese.  First the Mariners...now @home.com!)   It
eliminated all those queue messages though.
