I'm not too familiar with the cisco pix (we use ASL) but this usually applies: If your using it on the same network you will either need to: A) add an internal dns server B) add the mail server to your hosts file internally C) move the mail server to a different interface so that dns proxy works
Can you access the server from home? if not make sure you have the correct ports open to forward to the mail server and don't use MS tcp filtering on the mail server Hope that helps.
