So where's the loop?
B periodically tries sending the mail, does an MX lookup and finds A,
itself, and perhaps others. It sorts the MX records into preference
order eliminating any at its own or lesser preference and tries sending
to what's left.
The algorithm described in RFC 2821 '5. Address Resolution and Mail
Handling' is designed to avoid mail loops.
