Only a small percentage of Declude JunkMail users monitor the blocked
E-mail. Most often, it is monitored after the initial installation to get
an idea of what test(s) are working the best.
I'd guess that most of our users either quarantine the E-mail (and not look
at it, unless a false positive is reported), simply delete it, or deliver
it to the users with a standard X-RBL-Warning: header that they can filter on.
