For more support about Declude I would suggest joining their 
list service.

To answer your question, using Declude's fromfile test you
can block the domain using the following set up:

Portion of the Declude CFG file:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
KILLFROM        fromfile        x:\imail\declude\fromfile.txt   x       38      0
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Portion of the Declude JNK file:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
KILLFROM        HOLD
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Portion of the Declude fromfile:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
.myfunsleuth.com                "with or without a description"
@myfunsleuth.com                "with or without a description"
-------------------------------------------------------------------
