Hi all,

 

We have IMail LDAP working and returning results from the IMail LDAP server for the past few weeks now, but today, after we went into IMail Administrator and turn on LDAP logging to use the “SysMMDD.txt” option, and also unchecked the “Allow queries only” checkbox, we are getting 0 result from running the same queries that were working before.

 

We tried resetting the logging back to the default “No Log” and rechecking the “Allow queries only” checkbox, still no results.  Something is broken.

 

Has anybody else seen this and/or have some suggestions on how we can fix it?

 

We are running IMail 7.1 (w/o the HF) on a Windows 2000 machine.

 

The ldap client we are using is an activex com object.  We can still connect to the ldap server fine, only that any queries we run are returning 0 results.

 

We ran ldaper.exe to make sure the ldap records and files are still there, they are.  We have no idea what is broken.
