An  excellent  suggestion,  and  *seemingly* (I don't like to guess at
such  things)  straightforward  to  implement by skipping the KILL.LST
check routine if the session is being treated as local.

Also  is  a  half-step  in the direction of the common suggestion of a
hyper-strict  relay setup that combines 'No Mail Relay' and 'Relay for
local  users'  (because  it too combines AUTH with other authorization
levels).
