I would use a related table for anything extra. You never know what they may do to the table in a future version and the related table would be yours alone. Imail will not use these fields they will be used to direct agents to the correct page and or info they should only have access to. I really don't see how it would but I do not have a test system at this time and I know Imail can act funny so is this doable? I did check the KB and I am going to the archive now.
