A digital signature is a security attachment that is registered with a security agency to ensure that you are the actual sender of the message. A text based signature, like I have below, is just a few more characters in your message. As far as I know, text based signatures on the bottom of messages are not the problem, it's the digital security signature that take a lot of space and contain a plethora of information.
