Noted.  I don't know why we went through all the cost, time, and effort of
setting up all those IPs, SQL tables, etc... but if it can be done on 1 IP/1
table, we're changing it.  It takes quite a bit of extra work to manage
everything the way we have it now.  I don't know how it started, but
someone,
somewhere led us to believe that the scenario above was not possible.
