[IMail Forum] Webmail access

Hello all,   I have a problem that probably has a very simple answer.  I can connect to the Webmail interface from my local LAN, but anyone connecting from the outside can not be authenticated.  I can see the log on screen from outside the LAN, but when I enter the log on information, it comes back saying the username or password are invalid.  Can someone help me?  Thanks.   Clarke
