I have a client using webmail who runs an office through ICS on Win95(!) on a dial-up Earthlink connection. The problem is that his users are suddenly unable to login through webmail. FWIW, we are using KWM3 and 7.13. They have been using webmail for months, until last Tuesday, when it started going flakey on them. The webmail logs show this:

The whole reason this office is using webmail in the first place is that when we first switched to Imail, they were unable to make an SMTP connection to the Imail server. POP3 worked fine. I would like to just say *UPGRADE* or *DSL*, but unfortunately, my bosses won't let me. Help?
