There's probably no mime type for the .tif files, so the browser/server
doesn't know how to serve it - don't know how to fix that but you may
want to look at this:

Our users receive many emails which have *.tif attachments (faxes). When
viewed from the web messaging interface the link for the attachment does
not appear. It shows a red X where the link should be. If you view the
properties of the non-operating link you can see the destination of the
attachment,
(domain/Xad0d9e92cc939e99937a2a0f0f/attach/Main/97/1/1029239312/1619.TIF
).
If you cut and paste the destination into your browser, the attachment
works fine. The problem appears to be in the html code generated. The
bad link appears as; <img
src="/Xa2eb9ececec9cf9e937a2a0f0f/attach/Main/97/1/1029239312/1619.TIF">
(no href)
A good link as;
href="/Xa2eb9ececec9cf9e937a2a0f0f/attach/Main/93/1/1029239312/CSG_Works
hop.
doc">CSG_Workshop.doc (Binary attachment)
If I change the file extension to a *.doc or *.txt and send it back to
the Imail server the link works fine from the web messaging interface.
Seems that *.tif's can not be viewed from the web messaging interface.
Thanks for any help...
