There is an autoresponse which responds to every incoming email
message.
Vacation reply keeps track and only replies once.
Only thing is it does not automatically clear so has to be done
manually.
I mention this as it seems to confound some users.

There are some nice templates available. You might want to look
at the 3rd party page on ipswitch.
