You've got 4 different incoming E-mails here, and don't have the full logs
for any of them. In order to get an idea of the problem, you'll need to
show the complete transaction for a single E-mail.
The key is the number in parentheses -- such as "0CC3013A" for the first
one. If you look at all the log file entries with "0CC3013A" in it just
before and after the two you show above, you'll find the full SMTP transaction.
If you also show the log file entries for sending mail to them (the "SMTP-"
lines), that would be very useful.
