I can not Telnet from Putty or M$ Telnet to mail.ksc.nasa.gov.
This is what I get

Also I just came back from lunch I have other users saying the can not
send to any xxx.nasa.gov address from citravel.com address. Also we can
not get mail from them but they (ODIN at NASA) has sent me mail from
hotmail and an AOL account. They are saying it our server but how can
that be everything else is working fine.
Here are the headers of what are users are getting back from any
nasa.gov address
This one is going to gsfc but it is the same for ksc, msfc and grc
