The problem, as I explained to you about an hour ago, is that a spammer is 
attacking your server.

The problem doesn't have anything to do with Declude JunkMail; it's a DoS 
attack ("Denial of Service"), either a standard spam attack (if you are an 
open relay), or a dictionary attack (if you have a "nobody" alias set up to 
accept the 10,000's of E-mails they are sending you).

Block the IP address in the IMail Control Access file, and you'll be set 
for now.
